1. Investment Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Investment: All investments made for owning beekeeping (₹5,000 per unit) are considered non-refundable. This policy applies to any selected block period prior to the establishment of a full apiary.

2. Product Refund Policy for Global Online Store

• Eligibility for Refund: If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from our online store, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Expired products are not eligible for return.

• Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@harleenenterprise.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request, and if it meets our rules and regulations, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

• Quality Check: After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check. If the product meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed. If the product does not meet our quality standards, we will not issue a refund, and the product may be sent back to you.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Procedure

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Exceptions

• Certain types of goods are exempt from return, including:
  • Perishable goods such as honey and other bee products
  • Expired products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
