1. Investment Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Investment: All investments made for owning beekeeping (₹5,000 per unit) are considered non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed. This policy applies to any selected block period prior to the establishment of a full apiary.

2. Product Cancellation Policy for Global Online Store

• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order from our online store, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@harleenenterprise.com with your order number.

• Eligibility for Refund: If your cancellation request is received within the stipulated time, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• After 12 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after the 12-hour window, the product will be subject to our standard return policy, and you will need to follow the return procedure outlined in our refund policy. Expired products are not eligible for return.
