Prepared with the labourious roasting of each of its constituent grains and spices before grinding.
Add chopped onion, coriander and spice tempering for a nutritious breakfast snack. This flour mix also be used to make Kothimbir Vadi (besan and coriander cakes) and Alu Vadi (rolled gram flour-lined coolacassia leaves)
Storage Instruction: Store in a cool and dry place. After opening keep it an airtight container.
